Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern all Foundation Programmes, memberships and related services provided by The Fitmill Blackburn Ltd.
Memberships
Memberships are personal, non-transferable and subject to the pricing, benefits and conditions applicable at the time of joining.
Foundation Programmes
Foundation Programme fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed and are non-refundable once the programme has commenced except where required by law.
Payments
Membership fees are collected on the agreed monthly payment date. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of booking privileges and recovery of reasonable administration costs.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to nick@thefitmillblackburn.co.uk. A minimum of 30 days' notice applies from the next scheduled payment date unless otherwise agreed.
Membership Freezes
Memberships cannot be frozen unless there are exceptional circumstances and this is solely at the Company's discretion.
Legacy, Promotional and Historic Membership Rates
From time to time, The Fitmill may offer promotional, introductory or legacy membership rates that are no longer available to new members. These rates are conditional upon the member maintaining continuous membership without cancellation. If a membership is cancelled, expires or otherwise ends for any reason, the member forfeits any entitlement to their previous rate. Should the member choose to rejoin The Fitmill at a later date, they will join on the membership options, prices and terms in force at the time of rejoining, unless The Fitmill agrees otherwise in writing at its sole discretion.
Timetable & Services
The Fitmill may amend its timetable, coaches, classes and services from time to time. Reasonable notice will be given where practical.
Member Conduct
Members must behave respectfully towards staff and other members. Serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Health & Safety
Members must disclose relevant health information, follow coach instructions and exercise within their capabilities.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with The Fitmill's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
General
The Company may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
